Design of Intelligent Monitoring System Applied to 40.5kV Double Bus Switchgear

介绍了一种应用于40.5kV双母线开关柜的智能型监控系统。系统以PLC为控制核心,使用工业触摸屏设计监控画面,实现了一次系统动态模拟、信号监视、断路器控制、"五防"闭锁功能,并能够查询分合闸参数的历史趋势图和对操作人员进行管理。根据40.5kV双母线开关柜的操作原理,使用VB脚本设计出3种操作模块,实时指导操作人员的每一步工作。

This paper introduced an intelligent monitoring system applied to 40 .5 kV double bus switchgear ,which used a PLC as the control core .The monitoring pictures were designed using industrial touch screen .The system could realize a series of functions such as the dynamic simulation of primary system ,signal monitoring ,controlling of circuit breaker .According to the operating princi-ples ,three operational modules were designed using VB script which could guide every step of the operator ’s work .
