专用数控铣床主轴轴承油气润滑方法研究

摘要 分析了数控螺杆铣床的工作方式,研究了轴承的润滑方式和油气润滑原理,分析了各种润滑方式的优缺点。依据轴承的弹性流体动力润滑理论,计算出轴承油气润滑理论供油量,进行了角接触球轴承NSK7964A5的油气润滑实验研究,得到了轴承在各工况条件下的最佳供油量。 The working characteristics of a CNC screw milling machine was described ,and the advantages and disadvantages of vari-ous lubrications were analyzed .The theory of the oil-air lubrication was studied .According to the elastic hydrodynamic lubrication theory of bearing ,the oil supply amount for a bearing using oil-air lubrication was calculated .The optimal oil supply amount of an angular contact ball bearings NSK7964A5 under the working condition was obtained by experimental study of oil-air lubrication .
