窑头外排热风循环利用技术将窑头排向大气的多余热风经由烟道引回篦冷机形成循环,并二次利用,以减少因热风外排而造成的热能损失和环境污染,提高AQC锅炉入口烟气温度和余热发电锅炉的余热利用效率,增加了发电量,给企业带来一定的经济效益。

This paper introduces a new kind of kiln which can recycle the hot air by leading the exhaust hot air of kiln back to the grate cooler ,in order to reduce the heat loss caused by exhaust hot air ,improve the temperature of inlet gas of the AQC boiler ,and improve the power generation efficiency of the boiler .
