Two-way Referral System is the Base for that of Diagnosis and Treatment Classifi cation

分级诊疗是按照疾病的轻、重、缓、急及治疗的难易程度,由不同级别的医疗机构承担不同的诊疗服务。双向转诊是分级诊疗的基础,而分级诊疗是双向转诊的基本前提,只有积极对双向转诊制度存在的问题进行系统研究与改善,才能推进农村分级医疗体系建设。

The classification of diagnosis and treatment implies classifying the disease according to its severity, difficulty in treatment, and then referring the patients to different medical institutions to take different treatment. Two-way referral system is the base for the classification of diagnosis and treatment of diseases, and the latter is also the basic premise of the former. It is necessary to systematically study on the problems in two-way referral system, therefore, to promote the construction of the system of classification of diagnosis and treatment in rural area.
