摘要
实践证明浙江省实施公立医院综合改革以来,并没有达到新医改的控费目标。本文依据该省A市和B县实施公立医院综合改革前后有关医疗费用数据的变化,探讨公立医院改革存在的负面效应和对基本医疗保险基金的影响。
The comprehensive reform of public hospitals has lasted for two or three years, but has not reached the goal of control cost, yet. Based on the changes of the medical expense data before and after the comprehensive reform of public hospitals in City A and County B, we discuss the negative effects of the comprehensive reform of public hospitals and its influence on basic medical insurance funds.
