摘要 教师专业发展是现今教师教育改革的主要趋势和教师教育研究的主课题。教师专业伦理作为教师专业发展的重要内容,是教师专业成熟的重要标志。“教师专业伦理”可以界定为:在以教学工作为核心的专业领域内,教师与同事、学生、家长及其他相关主体之间进行专业交往时表现出的行为事实与应该如何的规范。从探讨教师专业伦理中三大关系的内容出发,诠释了教师与同事、学生、家长之间专业伦理的内涵与特点。这对于促进教师专业发展,建立良好的人际关系,实现学校和谐发展,创造个体的价值,实现职业幸福具有重要意义。 Teachers'professional development is the important trend of teachers'education reform and the main subject of theory and practice. Teachers'professional ethics as an important part of teacher professionalism is an important symbol of teachers'professional maturity. Teachers'professional eth‐ics can be defined as the behavior facts and specifications betw een teachers and teachers, teachers and students, teachers and parents, teachers and other people involved in the teaching as the core of pro‐fessional contacts. And it explores the content of the three relations in the teachers'professional ethics to get a better understanding of professional ethics'connotation and characteristics between teachers and teachers, teachers and students, teachers and parents. It is of practical significance to promote the teachers'professional development, establish a good interpersonal relationship, realize the harmoni‐ous development of school, enhance everyone's interests and achieve happiness.
