摘要
从课堂教学变动成本、固定成本以及教师的人力资源成本等方面对课堂教学成本对课堂教学效果的影响进行了研究。选取了上海市和江苏省内13所开设水利专业的本科高校的学生进行问卷调查。对样本涉及的课堂教学变动成本、固定成本以及人力资源成本状况设定了11个变量并进行了描述性统计,同时使用相关性分析、因子分析和二元logistic回归分析3种分析方法分析了课堂教学成本对课堂教学效果的影响。结果表明:课堂教学效果与课堂教学变动成本呈显著正相关关系;课堂教学效果与课堂教学固定成本呈显著正相关关系;课堂教学效果与教师的人力资源成本呈显著负相关关系。
This study investigates the effect of classroom teaching cost on the classroom teaching result from the aspects of variable cost, fixed cost and teachers as the human resource. We selected 13 uni‐versities in Jiangsu Province and Shanghai, which have the major of water conservancy. We gave out questionnaires to students in these schools in order to collect relative data. According to the condition of variable cost, fixed cost and teachers' human resource costs, the paper set 11 variables and then proposed descriptive statistics, correction analysis and binary logistic regression analysis on the influ‐ence of teaching effect and cost. T he results show a significant positive correlation betw een variable cost and teaching effect as w ell as fixed cost. By contrast, there is a significant negative correlation be‐tw een the effect of teaching and teacher's human resource cost.
