太钢5号高炉通过采取配用钒钛矿、停焦丁、降煤比、提高焦比、堵风口、增加风速和鼓风动能,以及调整炉前作业等措施,使炉缸侧壁温度得到有效控制,并逐渐降低至200℃以下,保证了安全生产和高炉长寿。
Abnormal temperature rise of TISCO's No. 5 blast furnace hearth gets effectively controlled by using schreyerite, getting rid of using coke nut, reducing coal ratio and increasing coke ratio. The hearth temperature drops down gradually to below 200℃ with the help of other measures, like blocking tuyere, increasing blasting speed and blasting kinetic energy as well as optimizing operation at cast house. The blast furnace realizes safe production and long campaign.
