基于农产品物流的农业现代化水平评价

Evaluation on Agricultural Modernization Level Based on Gross Agricultural Logistics Production

以农产品物流总额为参考序列指标,利用灰色关联模型构建基于农产品物流的农业现代化评价指标体系;利用灰色优势分析产出指标和投入指标的关联序,得出细化指标权重;最后测算出农业现代化的产出指数、投入指数、规模指数、效益指数,并构建其波动趋势模型。结果表明,所构建的指标体系能合理表征我国农业现代化水平;农业现代化四类指数均呈现逐年上升趋势,其中效益指数在2008年后呈现加速上升态势,初步实现了农业现代化规模水平和效益水平的"双增长"形态。

In this paper, taking the gross agricultural logistics production as the referential index sequence, we established the evaluation index system of the modernization of the agricultural logistics industry by means of the grey relational model; obtained the detailed index weight by using grey advantage analysis on the relational series of the output and input indexes; calculated the output, input, scale and benefit indexes of the agricultural modernization, and built its fluctuation trend mode. The result showed that the index system could effectively reflect the agricultural modernization level of China and the four indexes mentioned above had increased year by year; and the scale and benefit level both improved.
