摘要
以某第三方物流企业J公司为案例,对第三方物流企业顾客满意度进行了定性定量研究。构建了一个能够用图表等分析方法对各个指标进行测试的计算模型,考虑了顾客满意度与顾客类型的关系,并进行了基于顾客满意度的生产优化。
In this paper, we conducted a qualitative and quantitative research on customer satisfaction of the third party logistics enterprises through a ease study of a logistic enterprise J. We built a quantitative model measuring the various indicators by charts and tables, considered the relationship between the customer satisfaction and customer types, and conducted the production optimization based on the customer satisfaction.
