摘要
以北京市某大型超市连锁集团为例,在对其配送中心现状及作业流程进行分析的基础上,针对配送中心商品分播作业系统所存在的问题,从硬件设备配置和软件两个方面进行了改进和优化,并对优化前后的项目效率进行了对比,验证了改进方案的可行性。
In this paper,taking a distribution center of a large supermaket chain in Beijing,based on an analysis of the status quo and operation procedure of the distribution center in general, we optimized the hardware and software in view of the existing problems in commodity distribution. By comparing the procedure efficiency before and after the optinization, we verified the feasibility of the improved scheme.
