摘要
从实际需求出发,对安钢物流汽车衡计量系统现场充分调研,通过对原有汽车衡计量流程的改进和对新技术设备的应用,基于RFID红外自动识别技术,并与ID卡、IC卡、信息化、智能计量软件等结合,打破了传统的手工计量模式,成功地实现了自动识别、自动计量,设计了完善的智能物流计量系统。最后对系统的使用效果进行了测试、分析,并对系统进一步扩展和优化的可能性进行了分析。
In this paper, we improved the original truck scale measuring process, applied new technology and equipment such as RFID, combined several kinds of software like ID card, IC card, informatization and smart measuring systems, broke the traditional manual measuring model, brought the automatic recognition and measurement into realization, designed thorough measuring system, tested the effect of the system and in the end, analyzed the feasibility for the further expansion and optimization of the system.
