Research on Decision-making Concerning E-commerce Logistics Modes Based on AHP

基于主成分分析法与AHP对自营物流模式、第三方物流模式以及第三方+自营物流的三大模式进行决策研究,首先,对电商物流概念、重要性进行分析,其次,对自营物流模式、第三方物流模式以及第三方+自营物流三大电商模式的概念、优劣势进行分析;再次通过主成分分析法构建物流模式评价指标;最后,通过层次分析法对三大电商物流模式进行决策评价,最终得出自营+第三方物流将成为电商物流发展的主要模式。

In this paper, we studied the decision-making system of the three major logistics operational modes which were self-run logistics, third party outsourced logistics and third party＋self-run logistics based on principal component analysis and AHP.Then we analyzed the concept and importance of e-commerce logistics; elaborated the concepts, advantages and disadvantages of the three modes; established the corresponding evaluation index system based on principal component analysis and finally concluded that the third party＋self-run logistics would become the dominant mode in e-commerce logistics
