摘要
指出了我国服装制造业存在的诸多弊端,全面剖析了服装供应链放大效应的表现及其产生原因,主要有服装需求预测修正、预测交货提前期不准确、库存责任失衡、服装企业的短缺博弈、服装价格波动、企业订货策略等,并就此提出了可行的应对策略,包括信息共享、加强出入库管理等。
In this paper, we pointed out the problems of the clothing industry in China, thoroughly analyzed the manifestation of the amplification effect and the reasons behind it. The main reasons included: faulty demand forecasting, inaccuracy of delivery lead time schedules, imbalanced inventory liability, lack of games between the clothing enterprises, and the fluctuation of clothing price and ordering strategies etc. In the end, we proposed feasible countermeasures, such as sharing information and enhancing inboundand outbound management etc.
