价值链视角下的啤酒企业逆向物流研究

A Value Chain Perspective on Reverse Logistics of Brewery Enterprises

通过对L啤酒企业逆向物流活动的相关探索,特别是对价值链视角下的逆向物流进行重点分析,认为解决啤酒企业逆向物流应该从两方面入手:正向的价值活动对逆向物流的影响;企业逆向物流的分析要跳出单个行为主体实施和关注自身经济效益的局限,要回归到大循环体系中来,才能为单个企业的逆向物流找到根本性的解决方法。

In this paper, through the exploration of the reverse logistics of a brewery enterprise L, especially from the perspective of the value chain, we considered that the reverse logistics problems should be solved from the following two aspects： the effect of the positive value activities on the reverse logistics; and the analysis of the reverse logistics should not be confined to isolated activities but return to the bigger circulatory system.
