摘要
采用FPGA和单片机相结合的方式,提出了一种多通道超声信号发生器的设计方法,通过使用单片机实现USB2.0数据通信和相关外设控制,利用FPGA实现多通道超声信号的并行数据处理、逻辑控制和波形输出,实现了FPGA与单片机两者优势的结合。给出了该系统的完整设计方案并详细阐述了FPGA内部信号处理过程。所设计的多通道超声信号发生器可用于超声检测设备的功能验证和性能测试。
With the combination of FPGA and MCU,a multi-channel ultrasonic signal generator design was proposed.Using MCU to implement the USB2.0 data communications and related peripheral control,and using FPGA to carry out the parallel data processing,logic control and waveform output,a combination of both advantages was realized.This paper proposed a set of integrated design and elaborated the internal signal processing of FPGA.The multi-channel ultrasonic signal generator could be used for functional verifi cation and performance testing of the ultrasonic testing equipment.
