摘要
介绍了丹霞冶炼厂回转窑烟气脱硫项目的生产运行情况.针对回转窑烟气特点和结合现有工艺配置,选用氧化锌脱硫—酸解法组合式两段脱硫工艺,综合利用效率高,无固体废物产生,环境污染小,且能有效解决低浓度SO2治理问题.
The operation of the desulphurization of flue gas from the rotary kiln in Danxia Smelter is introduced. The two- stage desulphurization process, zinc oxide desulphurization-acid hydrolysis, was used considering the rotary kiln flue gas characteristics and the existing process configuration. The process has the advantages of the comprehensive utilization of high efficiency, no solid waste and low environmental pollution. It can also solve the problem of low SO2concentration treatment.
