烟叶致香物质及其环境影响因子的研究进展

Research Progress of Aroma Substances in Tobacco Leaves and Its Environmental Impact Factors

致香物质是烟草的重要化学成分,是评价烟草品质、烟叶香气质、香气量及香型的重要指标。为进一步深入研究烟草致香物质的机理及提升烟叶品质提供参考,综述了烟叶致香物质组分及其代谢途径、环境因子对烟叶致香物质的影响及其生化基础等内容,展望了未来烟叶致香物质研究中值得关注的方向。

Aroma substances in tobacco leaves is currently one of the important chemical components used for tobacco quality evaluation,is also important indicator to evaluate the tobacco aromaquality,amount and aroma flavor types.In order to provide references for in-depth studying on mechanism of aroma substances and enhancing tobacco quality,the authors reviewed the components and metabolic pathways of tobacco aroma substances,as well as the effects of environmental factors on tobacco aroma substances and its biochemical basis,and prospected the future study about aroma substances in tobacco leaves.
