摘要 针对全机结构强度静力试验采用TIDS进行应变数据智能采集过程中遇到的在试验现场如何快速和准确记录应变片编号和TIDS标识信息的对应关系的问题,开发了标识信息采集系统。该系统采用二维码进行应变片编号和TIDS的标识信息的记录和打印,使用嵌入式技术根据需要进行数据采集器软件的开发,并应用于现场应变片编号和TIDS标识信息的采集。将该系统应用于某型飞机全机静力试验中,解决了TIDS使用过程中遇到的瓶颈问题,降低了出错率,提高了工作效率,真正意义上实现了TIDS的应用价值,规范了TIDS应变测量流程,加快了应变测量的智能化进程。 Aiming at the problem that how to record correspondence between strain gauge numbers (seven digits of combinations) and TIDS identification information (combinations of sixteen digits and letters) by manual recording fast and exactly at test site using TIDS to intelligent strain gauge data acquisition in full scale static structure test, this paper develops the identification information acquisition system (IIAS). It uses two-dimensional code to record and print for strain gauge number and TIDS identification information. Data acquisition instrument is adopted to collect the information of strain gauges and TIDS identification. According to the needs, it develops the data collector software for in-site strain gauges by using embedded technology. The system has been used in certain full scale aircraft structure strength static test. The test result shows that the TIDS technology can solve the bottleneck problems, reduce the error rate and improve work efficiency. It realizes the true sense of the value of TIDS, and optimizes the TIDS using process. This method can establish the TIDS standard strain measurement criterion, and accelerate the intelligent process of strain measurement.
