一种疼痛调控的新手段:经颅直流电刺激 被引量:6

摘要 经颅直流电刺激是一种新型的非侵入性神经调控技术。微弱的直流电,通过颅骨作用于大脑皮层,提高或降低皮层的活动兴奋性。经颅直流电刺激可调节健康志愿者的疼痛阈值,改善术后疼痛,并能减轻慢性疼痛患者的疼痛。在机制研究基础上,细化和选定合适的刺激参数是今后的研究方向。
