基于绝压传感的气压测试系统设计

摘要 气压测量是人们生产生活中必不可少的重要参数。针对我国气压测量大多采用机械式气压表,存在精度低、读数误差大、易损坏、不便携带等缺点,设计了一种以压力传感器及其测量电路为核心的压力测试系统,来代替传统机械式气压表。测试结果表明,系统具有精度高、体积小、高稳定性、系统特性优良等优点,其线性度、重复性误差及迟滞性误差等指标均小于1%,能很好的实现测量气体压力的功能,为人们的生产生活带来便利。 Pressure measurement is very important in industry production and people life. In view of low precision, large reading error, easy to be damaged, inconvenient to be carried and other shortcomings of mechanical pressure gauges used widely in our country , a pressure measurement system with pressure sensor and its measuring circuit as the core is designed to replace the traditional mechanical type pressure gauges. The test results show that the system has the advantages of high precision, small size, high stability and excellent characteristics with the linearity error, repeatability error and hysteresis error of the system all less than 1%. So the system is very good at gas pressure measurement, and brings convenience to industry production and people life.
