Construction of Experimental and Practical Teaching System of Engineering Management in Financial and Economics Colleges

针对工程管理专业的特点,结合培养目标和社会发展需求,分析了财经类院校工程管理专业实践教学中存在的问题,提出了"校内实验和校外实践密切结合的三层次、多模块、分阶段的微项目"实践教学体系,探讨了该体系实施中应关注的问题。

In view of the characteristics of engineering management, some problems existing in the experimental and practical teaching system are analyzed by taking Shanxi University of Finance and Economics as an example. An innovative teaching system of experiment and practice is developed, which tries to tie the experiments in colleges and the practices out of colleges together by small micro-projects with three-level, multi-block and multi-phase. Some issues in the implementation process are discussed.
