摘要 目的:总结破伤风感染的救治经验,探索降低破伤风患者死亡率的有效方法。方法收集2004年~2013年收治的破伤风病例24例,分析其临床特点、救治经过,总结救治破伤风感染的经验。结果24例破伤风病例中,Ablett分级Ⅰ级9例,Ⅱ级7例,Ⅲ级8例,发病平均潜伏期为11 d,平均住院时间26 d,存活率100%。结论创面彻底反复处理;常规注射破伤风抗毒素(tetanus antitoxin, TAT);对于重症破伤风患者强调早期气管切开及镇静、肌松是破伤风救治的最主要有效措施。 Objective To summarize the therapeutic effects of tetanus. Methods A total of 24 patients with tetanus from 2004 to 2013 were collected, to analyze the clinical characteristics and summarize the experience in the treatment of tetanus infection. Results Among all 24 patients, AblettⅠwere 9 cases,ⅡandⅢwere 7 and 8 cases respectively. The average incubation period was 11 days. The average hospitalization time was 26 days, and the survival rate was 100%. Conclusion Early effective wound treatment, injection of TAT, tracheotomy and composure are the effective measures to treat tetanus, and the early tracheotomy, calming and muscle relaxation in severe tetanus patients.
