摘要 目的:探讨过敏性紫癜(HSP)患儿急性期外周血淋巴细胞免疫功能变化及其临床意义。方法采用流式细胞术法分别测定32例HSP患儿急性期外周血T细胞亚群CD3+T细胞、CD4+T细胞、CD8+T细胞、CD4+/CD8+的水平,并与20名健康儿童比较分析。结果HSP患儿急性期外周血T细胞亚群CD4+T细胞和CD4+/CD8+均降低,而CD8+T细胞水平增高,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);CD3+T细胞差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 HSP急性期存在细胞免疫功能紊乱,并且其可能为HSP的发病机制。 Objective To investigate the changes and clinical significance of peripheral lymphocyte immune function in Henoch-Schonlein purpura (HSP) children of acute phase. Methods The levels of peripheral CD3+T cells, CD4+T cells, CD8+T cells, CD4+/CD8+in HSP children of acute phase (n=32) and healthy controls (n=20) were detected by flow cytometry. Results The levels of CD4+T cells and CD4+/CD8+in HSP children of acute phase were significantly lower than those of controls (P〈0.05), while the level of CD8+T cells was significantly higher than those of controls (P〈0.05). There is no significant difference in CD3+T cells between HSP group and control group (P〉0.05). Conclusion The HSP children of acute phase display the T-cell dysfunction, and it may involve in the pathogenesis of HSP.
