摘要
目的:观察采用电针"神庭、百会"穴对改善脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠认知功能的影响。方法:建立脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠模型,将造模成功大鼠随机分为电针组、模型组各30只,另配置假手术组30只,电针组、模型组给予电针针刺"神庭"、"百会"干预治疗,疗程7天。采用TTC观察脑组织梗塞面积,定位航行实验、空间探索实验和跳台实验观察大鼠行为学变化。结果:TTC结果显示电针组的脑梗死面积百分比明显低于模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);定位航行实验显示电针组逃避潜伏时间明显小于模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);空间探索实验显示电针组游泳路程明显小于模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);跳台实验显示电针组遭受电针次数明显小于模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电针"神庭、百会"穴能有效地降低脑缺血再灌注损害程度,改善脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠认知功能。
Objective:To observe the efficacy of treatment by using electroacupunctrue at " Shenting" and "Baihui" points on the cognitve disorder of rat models with cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury. Methods:The male SD rats were randomly divided into the sham operation group,ischemia control group and electroacupunc- ture group, using rat models with focal cerebral ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) injury. We evaluated the therapeu- tic efficacy of electroacupuncture against post - stroke cognitive impairment with the Morris water maze and the step down test. TTc staining was used to observe the effect of the cerebral infarct volume, pathomorphism of the brain. Results: Rats in sham operation group did not show any manifestation of neurological deficits, whereas all rats in both ischemia control and electroacupuncture groups displayed obvious signs of cerebral injury (P 〈 0. 05 ). In the Morris water maze test the latency and route for rats in the ischemic group reached the hidden platform markedly increased, whereas the time that rats crossed the location of the platform was significantly de- creased in the 9th day after MCAO(P 〈0.05 ) ,indicating that cerebral I/R injury resulted in cognitive impair- ment. However, electroacupuncture significantly decreased the latency and route and increased the time of cross- ing the area which the platform located in Morris water maze test (P 〈 0.05 ). Collectively, these data sugges- ted that electroaeupuncture at "Shenting"and "Baihui" could ameliorate cognitive impairment in cerebral I/R injured rats. Trc staining showed that electroaeupuncture treatment profoundly reduced cerebralinfarct volumes in I/R injured rats ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: Electroacupuncture at "Shenting" and "Baihui" can improve the cognitive function and has a protective effect on cerebral ischemia reperfusion injured rats.
