养心合剂治疗慢性心力衰竭临床观察

Yangxin mixture to treat chronic heart failure clinical observation

目的:观察养心合剂对慢性心力衰竭患者的临床疗效。方法:将68例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为两组,对照组33例采用西医对症治疗;治疗组35例在此基础上加用养心合剂,均治疗1个月。观察治疗前后临床症候、心功能、劳动耐力的改善。结果:治疗组在临床证候、心功能及劳动耐力方面的改善均优于对照组。结论:养心合剂对慢性心力衰竭效果显著。

Objective：To observe Yangxin mixture clinical curative effect of patients with chronic heart failure.Methods：68cases of chronic heart failure patients were randomly divided into 2groups.Control group 33 cases with conventional therapy.The treatment group 35 examples on the basis of conventional treatment combined with Yangxin mixture,1month for a period of treatment.Both groups for a period of treatment.The main clinical symptoms were observed before and after treatment curative effect and heart function improvement,labor endurance.Results：The treatment group improving clinical syndrome,cardiac function and labor endurance were better than the control group.Conclusion：Yangxin mixture is effective to treat chronicheart failure.
