菝葜地黄汤治疗点滴型银屑病48例

Clinical observation of Baqia Dihuang decoction on 48 cases of guttate psoriasis

目的:评价菝葜地黄汤联合药浴等治疗点滴型银屑病的疗效和安全性。方法:治疗组48例,采用菝葜地黄汤联合中药药浴、卡泊三醇软膏和地奈德乳膏治疗;对照组38例,以中药药浴、卡泊三醇软膏和地奈德乳膏治疗。两组患者的疗程均为6周。结果:治疗组有效率89.58%高于对照组65.79%。结论:菝葜地黄汤联合药浴等治疗点滴型银屑病具有较高的疗效和安全性。

Objective：To observe the therapeutic effects and safety of Baqia Dihuang decoction combined with traditional Chinese medical herbs bath on guttate psoriasis.Methods：48patients in treatment group were given Baqia Dihuang decoction combined with traditional chinese medical herbs Bath,calcipotriol cream and desonide cream.38 patients in control group were given traditional Chinese medical herbs bath combined with calcipotriol cream and desonide cream.The therapeutic courses were 6weeks in both groups.Results：The total effective rate in the treatment group was superior to the control group.Conclusion：Baqia Dihuang decoction combined with traditional Chinese medical herbs bath is effective and safe for patients with guttate psoriasis.
