摘要
目的探讨噪声作业纺织女工高血压异常情况及其影响因素。方法采用整群抽样方法通过职业健康检查对纺织企业内所有接触噪声的纺织女工共计449名进行血压测量,设立内对照(不接触噪声)146名进行对比分析。结果接噪组中检出高血压72例,检出率为16.04%;与对照组相比,高血压检出率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。Logstic回归分析结果表明,年龄、接噪工龄和噪声暴露量是导致女工高血压患病率增高的主要危险因素。结论噪声作业纺织女工高血压病的检出率较高,应高度重视并做好接噪的防护工作。
[Objective]To investigate the abnormal situation of blood pressure and its influencing factors among textile female workers exposed to noise.[Methods]449 female workers exposed to noise in textile enterprises were collected by using the cluster sampling method,to test their blood pressure level by occupational health examination. The control group(146 workers who were not exposed to noise) was set up for comparison and analysis. [Results]72 cases of hypertension were found in noise exposure group with the detection rate of 16.04%,and the detection rate was statistically significantly higher than that in control group(P〈0.01). Logstic regression analysis showed that age,noise exposure length and noise exposure dose were the main risk factors for hypertension in female workers.[Conclusion]The detection rate of hypertension is higher in female textile workers exposed to noise,so it is necessary to pay more attention to noise protection.
