扰民广场舞中老人心理健康及心理弹性的调查

Investigation on the mental health and the resilience of the old people who join in the disturbing square dance

目的探讨扰民广场舞中老人的心理健康与心理弹性。方法随机选取未参加广场舞的老人（设为第1组）、参加广场舞但未扰民的老人（设为第2组）及参加广场舞并扰民的老人（设为第3组）各60例,年龄范围为60-70岁,对其进行中国心理健康量表（老年版）（Mental Health Inventory for Chinese Elderly,CMHI-E）、症状自评量表（Symptom Checklist 90,SCL-90）及心理弹性量表（Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale,CD-RISC）的评定。结果 1 CMHI-E显示第3组的所有因子得分及总分均明显低于其他组（P〈0.01）。2SCL-90显示：第3组的所有因子得分及总分均明显高于其他组（P〈0.01）。3CD-RISC：第3组的所有因子得分及总分均明显低于其他组（P〈0.01）。结论参加扰民广场舞的老人在心理健康和心理弹性方面均差于未参加广场舞和参加广场舞但未扰民的老人。

[Objective]To explore the mental health and the resilience of the old people who joined in the disturbing square dance.[Methods]Sixty old people who did not join in the square dance were randomly selected for the first group,60 old people who joined in the square dance but did not disturb other people were randomly selected for the second group,another 60 old people who joined in the disturbing square dance as the third group. Their age range was 60-70 years old. The CMHI-E（Mental Health Inventory for Chinese Elderly）,SCL-90（Symptom Checklist 90）and CD-RISC（Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale） were tested on them. [Results] 1 The CMHI-E scores suggested that the scores of all factors and the total score of the third group were significantly lower than those of other groups（P〈 0.01）. 2The SCL-90 scores indicated that the scores of all factors and the total score of the third group were significantly higher than those of other groups（P〈 0.01）. 3The CD-RISC scores showed that the scores of all factors and the total score of the third group were significantly lower than those of other groups（P〈 0.01）[Conclusion]The results shows the mental health and resilience of the old people who joined in the disturbing square dance are inferior to those of other old people.
