2004—2013年厦门市淋病流行特征分析

Analysis on epidemic characters of gonorrhea in Xiamen City from 2004-2013

目的了解厦门市淋病疫情流行趋势和流行特征,为制定相应的防治策略提供科学依据。方法对厦门市2004—2013年厦门市淋病疫情资料进行描述流行病学分析。结果 2004—2013年厦门市累计报告淋病病例11 527例,年均发病率为42.05/10万,发病率呈现下降趋势（χ^2趋势=468.37,P〈0.01）;淋病病例主要集中在厦门市湖里区和思明区;病例男女性别比为5.87∶1,男性发病率明显高于女性,男女发病率差异存在统计学意义（χ^2=70.44,P〈0.01）;发病病例年龄主要集中于20-39岁年龄组,共报告8 714例（75.60%）,各年龄组发病差异有统计学意义（χ^2=107.48,P〈0.01）;工人,其他职业、不详职业和商务人员的发病病例数居前4位,不同职业人群发病率差异有统计学意义（χ^2=1 091.24,P〈0.01）。结论厦门市淋病疫情总体上呈现下降趋势,今后需继续扩大性病筛查范围,加大监测力度等防控策略工作。

[Objective]To understand the epidemiological trends and characters of gonorrhea in Xiamen City from 2004-2013, and provide a scientific basis for developing its control strategies. [Methods]The Xiamen gonorrhea epidemic data during 2004-2013 were collected and analyzed by descriptive epidemiology. [Results]A total of 11 527 cases of gonorrhea were reported from2004-2013, with the annual incidence of 42.05/100 000,showing a decreasing trend（χ2 trend =468.37, P 〈0.01）. The cases reported in Xiamen from 2004-2013 concentrated in Huli District and Siming District. The ratio of male to female was 5.87 ∶1,and the significant difference was found in the incidence rate of gonorrhea between men and women（χ^2=70.44,P〈 0.01）. Totally 8714 cases（75.60%）aged 20-39 years,with significant difference of incidence between age groups（χ^2=107.48,P〈 0.01）. The top 4occupations of gonorrhea cases were workers, other occupations, unknown occupation, and business personnel, with significant difference of incidence between occupations（χ^2=1 091.24,P〈 0.01）.[Conclusion]In Xiamen City, the epidemic of gonorrhea shows downward trend. It is necessary to expand the scope of STD screening continuously, to enhance monitoring and other control strategies.
