论教育家的情感特质

On Educators' Affective Characteristics

培养教育家是当前中国教育发展面临的重要议题。体悟中外教育家身上具有的共同特质能够为培养教育家提供借鉴。情感是推动教育家成长的内在力量源泉。教育家共同的情感特质表现为具有强烈的教育良知、超功利的教育境界、创造性的教育精神、关爱儿童的教育情怀和躬身实践的教育志向。教育家是从教师队伍中走出来的,是教师专业发展的最高阶段和形态,情感素养理应成为教师专业发展的重要内容。

Training educators is one of the important issues in China. Realizing the common characteristics of all the educators both in China and foreign countries can provide experience for training educators. Emotion is the internal power of educators＇ development. The common affeetive characteristics of educators include strong educational conscience, edu- cational state beyond utilitarianism, creative educational spirits, educational feelings of caring for children and educational ambition of devoting to teaching. Educators usually come out of teachers, and they are the highest level of teacher＇ s profes- sional development. So emotion should be the important content of teacher＇ s professional development.
