摘要
湿法脱硫废水处理系统由于设计不合理、设备故障率高等原因,导致湿法脱硫废水处理系统无法正常运行,甚至停运状态。通过优化脱硫废水系统设计,降低废水水源含固量和污泥循环回收等方式,提高系统灵活性、可靠性的同时,大幅降低了系统运行维护成本。
Due to unreasonable design,equipment failure rate is high and other reasons,the current domestic desulfurization wastewater system are still unable to normal operation,there is even a part of the paralysis in outage state. Through the optimization of desulfurization wastewater system design,reduce the waste water containing solid and sludge recycling mode,the system flexibility,reliability is improved at the same time,greatly reduces the system operation and maintenance costs.
