2012年-2013年某市公共场所集中空调冷却水和冷凝水嗜肺军团菌污染状况分析 被引量:7

Analysis of Legionella pneumophila pollution in cooling water and condensate water of centralized air-conditioning system in public places of a city from 2012 to 2013

摘要 目的掌握某市公共场所集中空调冷却水和冷凝水中嗜肺军团菌的污染情况,为预防公共场所中军团菌的传播提供科学依据。方法采集2012年-2013年某市公共场所集中空调水的水样,按照《公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生规范》、《公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生规范》(WS 394-2012)中"冷却水、冷凝水中嗜肺军团菌检验方法"进行检验。结果 2012年284份水样,冷却水、冷凝水嗜肺军团菌检出率分别为10.4%、6.9%;2013年255份水样,冷却水嗜肺军团菌检出率为8.8%,冷凝水未检出嗜肺军团菌。2年检出率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同类型场所检出率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);冷却水4个季度检出率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论某市公共场所集中空调冷却水和冷凝水受军团菌污染,存在季节性差异,应加强集中空调系统的清洗消毒。 Objective To investigate the status of Legionella pneumophila pollution in cooling water and condensate water of centralized air- conditioning system in public places of a city,and to provide scientific basis for preventing the transmission of Legionella pneumophila in public places. Methods Collecting air conditioning water samples in public places of some city from2012 to 2013 were tested according to the detection methods for legionella pneumophila in cooling water and condensed water from "centralized air ventilation system in public places health norms"and "centralized air ventilation system in public places health standards( WS 394- 2012) ". Results In 2012,284 water samples were detected,and the positive rates of Legionella pneumophila in cooling water and condensate water were 10. 4% and 6. 9%,respectively. In 2013,255 water samples were detected,and the positive rate of Legionella pneumophila in cooling water was 8. 8%. Condensate water was not detected Legionella pneumophila. There was no statistical significance on differences between two years( P〉0. 05). The differences of positive rates in different public places were statistically significant( P〈0. 05). There were statistical significance on the differences in the detection rates of four quarter( P〈0. 01) in cooling water. Conclusion The cooling water and condensate water of centralized air- conditioning system in public places in a city have been polluted by Legionella pneumophilawith seasonal differences.The cleaning and disinfection for centralized air- conditioning system should be strengthened.
