宁夏游泳场所卫生状况调查

Investigation on hygienic status of swimming spots in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region

目的调查宁夏回族自治区游泳场所卫生状况,为加强卫生监督监测提供科学依据。方法按照《公共场所卫生监测技术规范》(GB/T 17220-1998),2012年-2013年对宁夏境内所有游泳场所经营单位随机采集水样,依照《游泳场所卫生标准》(GB 9667-1996)和《公共场所卫生标准检验方法》(GB/T 18204-2000)检验及结果判定。结果2012年-2013年,48家游泳场所监测合格13家,总单位合格率为27.08%;254份水样,合格182份,总样品合格率为71.65%。其中,2012年单位合格率为16.00%(4/25),样品合格率为72.73%(96/132);2013年单位合格率为39.13%(9/23),样品合格率为70.49%(86/122),2年间单位合格率、样品合格率差异均无统计学意义(χ2=3.245、χ2=2.162,P>0.05)。监测指标中,大肠菌群合格率最高,达98.00%,游泳池水余氯合格率最低,为47.12%。浸脚池水2年总合格率为79.17%。结论宁夏游泳场所尚存在一定的卫生安全隐患,浸脚池的设置和消毒仍然是卫生监督的重点之一,必须重视池水消毒并加强卫生监督监测。

Objective To investigate the hygienic status of swimming spots in Ningxia and provide scientific basis for strengthening the supervision and monitoring of health. Methods From 2012 to 2013,the samples of swimming pool water were collected randomly according to＂The Technical Specification of Health Monitoring in Public Places ＂（ GB / T 17220- 1998）. The detection was performed according to ＂The Standard Examination Methods for Public Places＂（ GB / T 18204- 2000） and the result judge was carried out according to ＂The Sanitary Standard for Swimming Pools＂（ GB 9667- 1996）. Results From 2012 to2013,254 samples were collected from 48 swimming pools,including 182 water samples. The qualified units number of water quality monitoring was 13 with the total qualified rate of 27. 08% and the total sample qualified rate was 71. 65%. The unit qualified rate and sample qualified rate in 2012 were 16. 00% and 72. 73%. In 2013,they were 39. 13% and 70. 49%. The differences of unit qualified rates and samples qualified rates between the two years had no statistical significance（ χ^2= 3. 245,χ^2= 2. 162,P〉0. 05）. In the surveillance indicators,the highest qualified rate was 98. 00% in coli group,and the lowest rate was 79. 17% in free chlorine residual. Among 48 leaching foot pool water samples,38 samples was qualified with the total qualified rate of 79. 17% in two years. Conclusion From 2012 to 2013,there are some health safety risks in water quality conditions of swimming pools in Ningxia,the foot- leaching pool is one of the most important parts in hygiene supervision. We must pay attention to disinfection and strengthen the supervision and management.
