摘要
当前我国经济发展进入新常态,林业产业发展的内外部环境正在发生深刻变化,面临新的机遇和挑战。资源紧缺、产业结构不合理、科技创新动力不足、人力资本质量偏低等问题凸显。但是随着建国百年目标分解林业责任指标的逐步落实,我国林业产业消费模式的转变,以及人们对改善生态环境的迫切愿望,必将推动传统林业产业的改造,促进新业态的开发和新商业模式的应用。
As the current economic development of our country entering the new normal,the development of forestry industry internal and external environment is undergoing profound changes,the forestry industry is facing new opportunities and challenges.Problems including resource shortage,unreasonable industrial structure,underpowered science innovation,low quality human capital are highlighted.But with the step by step implementing of forestry responsibility indicators put forward by the ＂ 100 Year Country Founding Goal＂,the changing of consumption patterns of forestry industry,and the urgent desire of people to improve the ecological environment,the reform of traditional forestry industry will be pushed,the new formats will be developed,and the new business models will be used.
