摘要 为合理开发利用木薯秸秆,扩大造纸及纤维板生产原料来源,就其化学成分及应用进行研究,结果表明:4年生木薯秸秆的纤维素含量(44.70%~49.74%)和木质素含量(27.06%~27.45%)与9年尾叶桉、18年火炬松相当,热水抽提物含量(9.58%~17.90%)是这两种木材的2~4倍;1年生木薯秸秆的纤维素含量(34.37%)低于棉秸秆、烟秸秆和豆秸秆,木质素含量(36.25%)和热水抽提物含量(24.94%)高于这些农作物秸秆;采用木薯秸秆制浆时应注意溶出物对生产的影响;1年生木薯秸秆木质部粗蛋白5.46%、钙0.33%、粗脂肪0.11%,髓心粗蛋白1.49%、钙1.09%、粗脂肪0.32%;木薯秸秆收集和贮存时应重视防腐和防虫。 Chemical composition and application of cassava stem were studied for rationally utilizing the cassava stem and expanding sources of raw materials for the production of paper and fiberboard.The results showed that cellulose content(44.70%~49.74%) and lignin content(27.06%~27.45%) of the 4 year old cassava stem were almost the same as those chemical compositions of Eucalyptus urophylla(9 years old) and Pinus taeda L.(18 years old),and content of its hot water extractives(9.58%~17.90%) was 2~4 times than that of these wood.Cellulose content(34.37%) of the 1 year old cassava stem was less than that of cotton stalk,tobacco stalk and bean straw,and its lignin content(36.25%) and hot water extractives(24.94%) were higher than those of the crop stalks.The soluble substance from cassava straw should be paid attention to avoid the effect of production.Crude protein,calcium and crude fat of the 1 year old cassava stem xylem were 5.46%,0.33%and 0.11%respectively,the compositions of pith were 1.49%,1.09%and 0.32%respectively.Collection and storage of the cassava straw should be paid attention to avoid rots and insects.
