摘要 以186FA柴油机为例,依据国家标准中功率调整和燃油消耗率换算方法,开发出自然吸气柴油机功率和燃油消耗率的高海拔地区大气修正的计算软件,实现了现场环境和标准环境之间功率和燃油消耗率的双向修正输出,便于应用在高海拔地区非增压柴油机的生产和实际使用的调试。由分析可知,机械效率对燃油消耗率的大气修正影响较大,且相比于标准推荐值,采用实测柴油机机械效率能提高功率以及油耗修正值的准确性。根据软件计算结果,通过喷油泵限油调整高原地区柴油机实际使用的最大功率,能控制其在高原地区的排气烟度,有效减少环境的污染。 Taking 186FA diesel engine as an example ,the calculation software of power and fuel consumption with high alti‐tude correction for naturally aspirated diesel engine was developed according to the conversion method of national standards . The software realized the bidirectional correction of power and specific fuel consumption between the field environment and standard environment ,w hich facilitated the debugging of naturally aspirated diesel engine during the manufacturing and applica‐tion in the plateau .It was found that the mechanical efficiency of diesel engine had great influence on the atmospheric correction for the specific fuel consumption .Compared with the recommended value ,the measured mechanical efficiency could improve the accuracy of power and fuel consumption correction .According to the calculated results ,the fuel limit of injection pump could adjust the actual maximum power of diesel engine in the plateau and hence control the smoke emission at high altitude to weaken the environmental impact .
