牙龈切除术联合根向复位瓣术在Ⅲ度根分叉病变中的疗效 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察牙龈切除术联合根向复位瓣术在Ⅲ度根分叉病变中的疗效。方法回顾性分析2013年7月~2014年7月本院收治的62例下颌第一磨牙Ⅲ度根分叉病变患者的临床资料,按照随机数字法分为观察组与对照组,每组3l例。观察组予以牙龈切除术联合根向复位瓣术(ARF)治疗,对照组予以龈下刮治治疗,比较两组患者牙周临床指标与,临床疗效。结果观察组治疗后垂直探诊深度(VPD)、菌斑指数(PLI)水平均低于治疗前,且均低于对照组,总有效率93.55%高于对照组的77.42%,差异均具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论牙龈切除术联合根向复位瓣术在Ⅲ度根分叉病变治疗的应用效果显著,能够显著改善患者牙周临床指标。 Objective Observe the gums resection combined root to reset disc in III degree of curative effect of root bifurcation lesions. Methods Were retrospectively analyzed in July 2013-July 2014 in our hospital treated 62 cases of mandibular first molarⅢ root bifurcation lesions in patients with clinical data, according to the method of random Numbers are divided into observation group and control group, each group of 31 cases. Observation group give gums resection with ARF therapy, the control group shall be under the gum for treatment, compared two groups of patients with periodontal clinical indicators and clinical curative effect. Results VPD, PLI levels after treatment observation group were lower than before the treatment, and are lower than the control group, 93.55% of the total effective rate 93.55% higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05), Conclusion Gum resection combined root to reset disc in the III root bifurcation lesion treatment application effect is remarkable, can significantly improve patients with periodontal clinical indices.
