四环素牙应用烤瓷贴面修复的疗效观察

Observation of the curative effect of tetracycline stained teeth porcelain veneerrestoration application

目的对四环素牙应用烤瓷贴面修复的疗效进行探讨。方法抽取2011年1月-2013年12月来我院就诊的100例四环素牙患者，随机分为对照组与观察组，对照组使用传统树脂贴面修复进行治疗，观察组使用烤瓷贴面修复进行治疗，分析、比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率94％，对照组为78％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论烤瓷贴面修复在四环素牙治疗中的应用，提高了患者的治疗总有效率。

Objective Clinical application of tetracycline stained teeth porcelain laminate veneers were discussed. Methods 100 cases of tetracycline stained teeth patients selected from 2011 January -2013 year in December in our hospital, were randomly divided into control group and observation group, the control group used the traditional resin veneer treatment, the observation group use porcelain laminate veneers for treatment,analysis, comparison of the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients.Results Observation of patients in the treatment group the total effective rate was 94%, 78% in the control group,statistically significant differences between the two groups （P 〈 0.05） exists.Conclusion Application of porcelain laminate veneers in tetracycline stained teeth in the treatment of patients, improvethe total efficiency of treatment.
