牙源性上颌骨囊肿45例诊治体会

目的介绍牙源性上颌骨囊肿的诊治体会。方法回顾性分析2012年1月～2014年6月经手术及病理证实为上领骨牙源性囊肿45例患者的，瞄床资料，分析其行囊肿刮治术治疗的疗效。结果45例患者均经梯形切口与龈乳头翻瓣刮治术于石炭酸涂抹创腔，其中囊肿与上颌窦相通6例，均行上颌窦根治术后经下鼻道开窗碘仿沙条引流，均未见复发，术后口腔上颌窦瘘1例。结论上颔骨囊肿的确诊早期靠X光片和穿刺，治疗主要靠手术，手术方式以梯形瓣龈乳头切口为宜，与上颌窦相通者应作上颔窦根治术。
