不同材料矫正器在口腔牙齿矫正中的应用研究

Application of converter in orthodontics in different material correction

目的分析不同材料矫正器在口腔牙齿矫正中的应用。方法选取2011年3月~2014年5月，我院收治的98例使用固定器进行口腔牙齿矫正的患者为研究对象，采用数字分组法随机将其分成观察组49例以及对照组49例，其中观察组患者采用结扎丝固定；对照组患者给予结扎圈固定，对比分析两组患者的疗效以及结扎、拆除时间。结果在经过不同材料矫正器后，观察组患者治疗总有效率为97．9％（48／49），结扎时间（150．3±4．8）S，拆除时间（27．3±3．2）S；对照组患者治疗总有效率为81．6％（40／49），结扎时间（97．3±3．5）S，拆除时间（22．3±2．7）S。两组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论选择采用不锈钢丝对固定器进行固定，能够提升患者的治愈效果，但结扎时间和拆除时间要长于结扎圈固定。

Objective Analysis and application of converter in orthodontics in different material correction. Results After the different material appliance, patients in the observation group the total effective rate was 97.9% （48/49）, ligation （150.3±4.8） s, the removal time （27,3±3.2） s; patients in the control group the total effective rate was 81.6% （40/49）, ligation （97.34±3.5） s, （the removal time 22.34±2.7） s. Difference between the two groups was significant （P〈0.05） with statistical significance Conclusion Select uses the stainless steel wire is fixed on the fixing device, can improve the patient＇shealing, but ligation and removal time longer than the ligation ring is fixed.
