误诊为室性早搏和室性心动过速的Mahaim纤维一例

A case of Mahaim fiber was misdiagnosed of premature ventricular contraction and ventricular tachycardia

摘要 患者女,12岁,因反复心悸3个月入院.入院时心电图和动态心电图检查示频发室性早搏（室早）和室性心动过速（室速,图1）,超声心动图检查、X线胸片及生化检查未发现器质性心脏病.入院诊断为室早和室速.
