摘要 学校本身是内在异质的非共同体集合,集体生活并不天然具备帮助学生实现社会化、完善道德发展的能力。当前学校集体教育存在着"集体个人主义"和"只讲合作,不讲分工"的两种偏向。构建真实的集体教育需要认清分工在集体生活中的意义;注意道德冲突在集体教育中的作用;逐步培养学生认识并追求有意义的集体生活。 Current school education does not aware that the school is an inherent heterogeneous collection of non-community. They believe that the collectivity has a natural ability to help students achieve socialization and improve moral development, which is wrong and leads to two deviations of school collective education, "collective individualism" and "cooperation without division". In order to build a real collective education, the meaning of division in group living need to be considered, including focus on the effect of moral conflict in collective education and cultivating the students to know and pursue the meaningful group living.
