摘要
学校教育的X效率长期被忽视。在社会转型过程中,教师身份从计划经济体制下的"单位人"变为市场经济体制下的"契约人"是造成或影响学校教育X效率的重要因素之一。运用DEA方法对某中学评估发现教师身份变迁对学校教育X效率影响较大,且消极影响大于积极影响。因此需要国家、社会和教育机构共同协作,促进法律和制度的完善,从教师的角度出发,以人为本,采取科学有效的措施提高学校教育运行效率。
