摘要
佛陀是佛教中的师者形象,其觉者的人格品质和六度三学的修行方式,为当代教师人格修养的提升提供启示和示范。教师可以借鉴佛教师者形象做一名觉者,通过自觉、觉他和觉行圆满持续提升人格境界,通过"苛"、"禅"、"钻"的方式不断提升人格修养。
Buddha is an image of the teacher in Buddhism, whose consciousness personality enlightens how to be a teacher and his way of six paramitas practice sets an example for how to improve teacher personality. Teachers should be an awakened person after Buddha to realize awakened, enlightened and fulfilled personality and improve their cultivation by the way of strictness, steadiness and study.
