高校专业调整与建设中应当处理好的基本关系

Basic Relationships Be Handled Well in Professional Adjustment and Construction in Universities

在高等教育不断加快大众化的步伐和社会对人才结构需求不断变化的时代,高等学校必须调整好自身的专业结构。在专业调整和建设中,一要处理好传承、适应和引导的关系,现代大学必须从单一的传承既有的文化,适应社会现实需要,逐渐转变为引导社会朝向更加科学、文明、进步的方向发展;二是要处理好适应社会需要与培养能力形成、保存和发展的关系,应当建立起统筹考虑市场机制和教育规律的新的思维方式;三是要处理好不同类型和层次高校之间的关系,在整个高等教育的分类和分层系统中思考和确定不同高校专业调整与创新的具体方案,并把建设富有特色的专业群作为今后专业调整和建设的重点。

In the era which has fastered the popularization of higher education and the constant changes in talent structure need of society, universities must adjust their own professional structure. In the professional adjustment and construction, we should firstly handle the relationship between inheritance, adap- tation and guidance, so modern universities must gradually shift from single existing cultural heritage and adaptation of social reality needs to a more scientific, civilized and progressive development of society; secondly, handle the relationship between the adaptation of social need and the formation, preservation, deveiopment of cultivation ability, so we should establish a new thinking way which considers market mechanisms and education discipline comprehensively; thirdly, deal with the relationship between different types and levels of colleges or universities properly, thinking or making specific programs of different professional adjustment and innovation in higher colleges in the classification and hierarchical system of the entire higher education, and considering the construction of characteristic specialty group as the key to the professional adjustment and construction in the future.
