个体化心理干预对心脏手术患者术后心理韧性及应对方式的影响

Effect of individualized psychological intervention in mental toughness and cope of postoperative patients with cardiac surgery

目的：探讨个体化心理干预对心脏手术患者术后心理韧性及应对方式的影响。方法选取2012年2月—2013年5月进行心脏手术的130例患者，采用随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组各65例，对照组实施常规护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上实施个体化心理干预措施。采用Connor-Davidson韧性量表、医学应对方式问卷中文版（MCMQ）对两组患者的心理韧性及应对方式水平进行调查。结果观察组手术患者术后心理韧性总体得分为（71．78±12．85）分，应对方式的面对、回避、屈服总得分分别为（20．13±3．81），（17．12±3．01），（10．03±2．73）分；对照组手术患者术后心理韧性总体得分为（46．12±7．96）分，应对方式的面对、回避、屈服总得分分别为（17．25±3．12），（13．83±2．54），（7．98±3．54）分，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（t值分别为11．281，3．724，19．322，2．513；P＜0．01）。结论对心脏手术患者术后实施个体化心理干预，可改善患者心理韧性及应对方式，有利于患者术后康复。

Objective To investigate the effect of individualized psychological intervention in mental toughness and cope of post-operative patients with cardiac surgery .Methods One hundred of thirty patients with cardic surgery from February 2012 to May 2013 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group .Control group was routine nursed , while the experimental group was treated with the basis of conventional nursing plus individualized psychological intervention .The Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale and Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire （ MCMQ） were used to investigate mental toughness and coping styles in patients of the two groups .Results The overall score of mental toughness in experimental group of post-operative patients was （71.78±12.85）, average score of face, avoid, and yield of coping style in experimental group was （20.13 ±3.81）,（17.12±3.01）,（10.03 ±2.73）, respectively.The overall score of mental toughness in control group was （46.12 ±7.96）, average score of face, avoid, and yield of coping style in experimental group was （17.25 ±3.12）,（13.83 ±2.54）,（7.98 ±3.54）, respectively.The differences were statistically significant （ t =11.281, 3.724, 19.322, 2.513, respectively;P 〈0.01 ）.Conclusions Individualized psychological intervention in post-operative patients with cardiac surgery can improve the patients ’ mental toughness and cope , and is benefit to rehabilitation .
