Negative psychological experience of nursing students during clinical practice in NICU：a qualitative research

目的：了解护生在NICU实习期间的负性心理体验，为制定科学有效的NICU教学实习计划提供依据。方法采用现象学研究方法，以半结构式访谈提纲深入访谈12名在NICU实习的护生，使用内容分析法分析其NICU实习期间的负性心理体验。结果护生在NICU实习期间的负性心理体验可以概括为以下4个方面：高度紧张、身心疲惫、信心不足、无成就感。结论儿科护士长及临床教学老师应重视护生在NICU实习期间的负性心理体验，制定科学合理的教学实习计划，采取有效措施，有针对性地帮助其更好地完成NICU临床实习任务。

Objective To explore the negative psychological experience of nursing students during clinical practice in NICU .Methods The qualitative phenomenological research method was adopted in this study.Semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted with twelve nursing students during practice in NICU.Data were analyzed by content analysis .Results Four themes were extracted , including high tension , exhaustion of body and mind , lack of confidence , and sense of worthlessness .Conclusions The head nurse and the clinical teachers should pay attention to the negative psychological experience of nursing students during clinical practice in NICU , make a scientific and reasonable practice teaching program , take effective measures , and help them to complete the task of practice better in NICU .
