摘要
本实验使用硝酸经不同的反应时间对炭黑N330进行改性处理,改善其分散性。利用红外光谱仪、x射线衍射仪、扫描电镜能谱分析、扫描探针显微镜进行表征;沉降实验做分散稳定性测试。结果表明,浓硝酸经32h氧化制备得到的改性炭黑分散性有极大的提高,表面含氧基团量有所增加。
As the key product of scrap tires pyrolysis, the quality of pyrolytic carbon black is poor, can not meet the using requirement. And it also can cause secondary pollution to the environment. The common characterization methods of pyrolytic carbon black from scrap tires were mainly introduced. Activation modification and reuse way of pyrolytic carbon black were reviewed. It aimed at an improving utilization value of pyrolytic carbon black.
