企业高管团队异质性与企业绩效研究综述 被引量:1

摘要 作为企业的管理者,高管团队(Top Management Team,以下简称TMT)影响着企业日常的运营并肩负企业价值最大化的职责。基于对高管的研究已有30多年,从Hambrick的高层梯队理论开始,学者们从多个角度研究高管与企业绩效的关系,涉及社会学、社会心理学、管理学和经济学等多个领域。本文从人口学特征、TMT异质性的角度进行综述,阐述了TMT对企业绩效的影响因素。
